By accessing or using Wedding OS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Wedding OS provides AI-powered communication technology for wedding vendors. The Service includes automated email replies, phone answering, Google Calendar integration, and related tools to help vendors manage client communications.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as needed. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

By connecting your Google Calendar to Wedding OS, you authorise us to read your calendar events and create, modify, or delete events related to bookings managed through our platform. You can revoke this access at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your Google data.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use the AI voice agents to impersonate real individuals without consent
• Misrepresent automated calls as human-operated where legally required to disclose

The voice and email agents powered by Wedding OS use artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any bookings or commitments made by your AI agent.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedding OS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost bookings, missed appointments, or revenue loss.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
